How To Return Your Item
Firstly, to make sure we can deal with your return as quickly as possible please contact us at email@example.com, letting us know the Item and Item number you wish to return along with the order reference number and we will supply the shipping information needed to return that particular item. We deal with many sellers across our marketplace so the return address varies across our product range.
With your returned items, please include your name, email address, order number and a small note on why you returned it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also wrap, protect and parcel products you are returning carefully to prevent any damage.
Shipping returned items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is being returned as unwanted under the Consumer contracts agreement.
If however you are returning the item to us due to it being faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the postage to return the item.
Please also keep hold of any proof of posting until the matter is settled in full as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us, products are returned and shipped at your own risk.
